Annie Mist Thorisdottir comes from Reykjavik, Iceland. She is a CrossFit pro athlete. She also is the founder of Crossfit Reykjavik and runs it also. Annie became the very first woman to ever win CrossFit Games on two occasions. She came in second place in the CrossFit Games of 2010 CrossFit Games and the 2014 CrossFit Games. Annie Thorisdottir is an Icelandic weightlifter who is also an Icelandic CrossFit athlete and celebrity journalist. Her fame has been built on being the only woman who has ever won the two CrossFit Games: in 2011 and 2012. She is also known for winning in the Dubai Fitness Competition in 2013 and 2017. Annie was born and brought to Reykjavik Iceland along with her parents and brothers. As a fitness enthusiast since at an early age, Annie participated in various school games and won several medals. Her first participation was time in 2009 in CrossFit Games in California in which she performed extremely well. Annie Thorisdottir will be 31 in 2021. She is 5'7" and she weighs around about 67kg. Annie began CrossFit back in California. She had a good performance during her first competitions. She was among the top 10 in a field of 70. She was not able to claim any titles and finished 11th in the final ranking. In 2010 Annie finished 1st in European Regionals Qualifier. The same year, under Jami's coaching she won the gold medal at the CrossFit Games. It was her second year of competition that she participated in her second CrossFit Games. Due to her outstanding performance, she became the very first woman to be awarded CrossFit Games. In 2012 Annie also won in the CrossFit Games because of her exceptional performance and was the first female athlete to win two CrossFit Games consecutively. In 2014, she also received a gold medal. In 2021, she took home a bronze. Annie currently coaches and trains Crossfit Reykjavik. This gym was founded by Annie. Annie is an aspiring athlete who has been the face of various brands like Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs as well as Renaissance Periodization, Nuun Hydration and the Sidekick Yorbae. Some 2,000 people have subscribed to her own Youtube Channel, where training videos as well as travel and family videos are shared.
