Annie Mist Thorisdottir of Reykjavik Iceland is a CrossFit Athlete. She is the co-owner of Crossfit Reykjavik where she also instructs and trains. Annie was the first female ever to win CrossFit Games on two occasions. Annie was second in both the 2010 CrossFit Games and the 2014 CrossFit Games. Annie Thorisdottir is an Icelandic weightlifter and CrossFit athlete and a media celebrity - is a CrossFit athletes from Iceland. She became famous for becoming the first woman who taken home the two CrossFit Games, in 2011 and 2012. A winner at The Dubai Fitness Competition 2013 and the Dubai Fitness Competition in 2017, Annie is well-known. Annie was born and raised in Reykjavik, Iceland with her siblings and parents. Since a young time, she was an avid sports fan and was a fan of doing exercises. She won many medals in school competitions. In 2009, Annie Thorisdottir competed in the CrossFit competition in California. Annie Thorisdottir is, in 2021, was age 31. She is 5' 7 tall and weighs about 67 pounds. Annie started CrossFit when she was in California. She was successful in her first games, finishing with the top 10 in the rankings. She did not take home an award and ended with a 11th-place finish in the event. In 2010 Annie finished 1st in European Regionals Qualifier. For CrossFit Games under the guidance of her coach Jami Tikkanen, she placed in seconds place and won an Olympic silver medal that same year. Following a long period of CrossFit Games, Annie won her first CrossFit Games. Her dominant performances was enough to earn her the title. Annie became the very first female to ever win successive CrossFit Games. In 2012, Annie once again became the CrossFit Games winner due to an exceptional performance. A silver medal was won in 2014. In the year 2021 she received the Bronze award at the CrossFit Games. Annie is currently a coach and trainer at Crossfit Reykjavik. This gym was started by Annie. Annie is a rising athlete who has appeared as the spokesperson for various brands like Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs and Renaissance Periodization, Nuun Hydration and the Sidekick Yorbae. She also has her own Youtube channel called "Annie" which has over 1,000 viewers. The channel is the channel where she posts videos on eating habits, parenting and travel.
